03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one Marvelbet account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Marvelbet uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. • Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your Marvelbet account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be investigated promptly.

All bets placed on Marvelbet are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bets before confirming. Marvelbet will not reverse a confirmed bet due to player error unless a technical fault on the platform's side caused the error.

Game outcomes on Marvelbet are determined by certified third-party providers. Marvelbet does not operate its own random number generators — all outcomes are produced by the game provider's certified systems. This means Marvelbet cannot alter, reverse, or influence game results after a round has been completed.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded by the game server at the time of disconnection.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault on the provider's side, the round may be voided and stakes returned. This decision rests with the game provider, not Marvelbet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Marvelbet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity or in violation of these Terms.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Marvelbet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be reversed.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Marvelbet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting Marvelbet support. Self-requested closures for responsible gaming reasons will be processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as agreed with the player.

• If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• If an account is closed at the player's request for non-responsible gaming reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days.
• Marvelbet will not reopen a self-excluded account during the agreed exclusion period under any circumstances.
